Head Honcho
{Head Honcho}
A promising power that underdelivers due to it just being a little too weak. But it’s 1 buff away from being very useful.
- If the % damage increase was slightly higher, like closer to 10% then it could be good as a round 5 or 7 in the Calamity build or as a round 7 in the Early Detonation Build due to how easily it would slot into existing combos you do with those builds.
- If it counted damage against barriers you could combine it with <Salvaged Slugs> to become a barrier shredder. Very strong versus Reinhardt in particular.
- And if it didn’t reset on reload it would be good enough to become a primary power to build a build around.
My personal greatest hangup is that it resets on reload, because my Ashe instincts tell me to reload every moment I can. So I end up constantly resetting it. But this is more of a me problem than a problem with the power.

Now that it heals 10% per bullet you can become a very tanky hero, and if {Head Honcho} was good I would absolutely combine it with this power and <Greased Loader> to really become a close-ranged powerhouse.
But as it stands, survivability isn’t good enough to replace powers that give you more map control or damage instead. I’ve only ever picked this out of desperation against something I’m helpless against.

I can see this being a round 7 power in an AP build that puts a little bit of focus on bob, but I haven’t really found a way to make this as consistently useful as some other powers. So I never pick it.
